Variables can be used within SmartSimple to automatically generate system passwords.
New Users
To generate a new password for a new user.

This can be used in:
- Any Signup page message body.
- Any Applicant Tracking System applicant profile message body.
- Global Settings - user email messages - New User message and Forgot Password message.
- Any Workflow - UTA Assignment task type.
Existing Users
To generate a new password for an existing user.

- Any Signup page message body.
- Any Applicant Tracking System applicant profile message body.

- Email Broadcast - to generate a new random password.
