Opening or refreshing the e-Signature window sends a real-time polling request to DocuSign. These polling requests are limited during the go-live evaluation period. If DocuSign detects polling, DocuSign will reject your go-live request, and you will need to start the process again.

* Once you receive the emails, proceed to complete the signing process as usual.
