* The standard UTA Level 1 standard field '''Owner''' is used to establish a '''direct relationship''' between a single [[Internal|internal]] person contact and the Level 1 itemrecord. * When you add editing a Level 1 record the '''Owner''' standard field to the [[Level 1 Entity]] it will be displayed as a combo box defaulting to the current listing all [[UserInternal|userinternal]]contacts.* When a new Level 1 record is created the '''Owner''' will be set to the current user by default, but the selected contact can then be changed to any [[Internal|internal]] personcontact.
The Owner Field can also be configured to allow external owners, as well as internal. This can be enabled in the UTA Application Configuration section, in the Level 1 settings section.
