Visibility of these records will now adhere to the '''Provider/Consumer UTA Security Matrix'''. For example, if an applicant had permission to see records in a Submission Manager UTA of which they were the owner AND they had access to the Consumers field of a Program Manager UTA, then they will now only see records of which they are the owner instead of seeing all records associated with the Program Manager UTA.
