This section of the [[:Category:Global Settings|Global Settings]] page is available form the System tab. 

There is a link to the "Storage Summary" page, which displays the current number of:
*Branches ([[Internal|internal]]), 
*Accounts ([[External|external]]), 
*[[User|Users]] ([[Internal|internal]]) and Contacts ([[External|external]]), 
*[[UTA|Tracking Application]] records, 
*[[transaction]] records; and 
*deleted records 
in this [[Instance|instance]] of [[SmartSimple]].

The "Total Storage Size" used by the [[Instance|instance]] will refresh when the '''Calculate Total Storage''' button is clicked.
