Updating the Equipment Related Tasks

Next you will update the tasks with material resources assigned (File Server, Network Cards and File Server Software).
Assigning the File Server Resource
1. Set the Start and End dates to the same as for the estimate.
2. Set the Percentage Complete to 100%.
3. Click the Update button.
4. Click the Actual Costs Set button.
5. Set the Effort to 1.
6. Click the Update button.
7. Repeat this process for the Network Cards Install and the File Server Software Install tasks.
The task list will look as shown below:
