Creating Custom Activity Types

You can add company specific activity types to the system through the Global Settings page. This is a very useful feature if you need to track activities that that are not standard, but are important to your organisation.

1. Choose the Configuration, Global Settings menu.

2. Scroll to the Business Configuration section.


3. Click the Event Types link.

The Event Types page is displayed.


4. Type Seminar in the Name text box.

5. Click the Save button.

The new event type Seminar is created.


If required, you can add custom fields to this type of event to gather additional information.
