Automated workflow emails sent from within your SmartSimple system can now be saved as a record attached to the object the email is in reference to, in addition to the personal profile of the email recipient. For example, your grants administrator emails a reviewer a question about a specific application they’re working on. The email is saved to both the list of activities taking place around the actual application and the profile of the reviewer who received the communication.  This makes it easier to track all conversations associated with a specific activity, no matter who initiates the communication or where it comes from, centralizing all communications in one location. [[Category:Why]][[Category:Workflows]]{{DeprecatedPage}}
