Why is the Resume search returning different results than the Text Resume search?

Q: I'm using the same search criteria in both areas, but why is the Resume search returning different results than the Text Resume search?
A: The main reason for this is because the two search engines are different. Another common reason is that the resume being searched and the text resume are not the same. There are also times when the content of the resume may be inhibiting the search engine from returning a result.
