On the '''Time and Expense Settings''' configuration page, System Administrators can set the behavior of custom fields at {{l1}} and {{l2}} on the ''Mobile App''.
Three options are available for the fields at {{l1}}:* ''Searchable'Custom Fields' - This field will be searchable from the ''Mobile App'': Create and manage custom fields for time and expense* ''List'Status' - this field will appear on the ''Mobile App'' [[list view]]: Create and manage statuses for time and expense items. * '''List View'' - This field will be visible to users ': Add/remove and set order of fields in the list of time and expense.* '''Import Time and Expense Items'Mobile App'' The * ''Searchable'Time Entry Billing Hour Unit' option is only available for custom fields that store field values, i.e. not {{ROSV}} or {{WPV}} fields.The ''List* '' and 'Grant Preferred Rate Field'View'' options are only available for custom fields that are normally visible, i.e. not [[browser script]] fields.
