Result : ONE email will be sent to Peter and CC Susan
- Scenario Two

Result : TWO email will be sent TO Peter and TO Susan
- Scenario Three
- To : peter@smartsimple.com
- Cc : (sendnoto)susan@smartsimple.com
Result : ONE email will be sent TO Susan ONLY
