====Expanded Quick Assign for use in Portal Sections====
Expanded the Quick Assign feature to be available inside portals. Previously, this was limited to just the full UTA view, but we've now made it available as a shortcut so you can provide it to your end users with inside their portal views. Just create a shortcut and use the URL lookup to select this option.
