Added the mapping option "Exclude Contributor Import" as a flag to control which contacts will be imported as contributors of the fund/work record to ORCID. The flag This is an "exclude" exclusion flag, where 1 indicates exclusion and 0, empty, any other number, or no mapping selected will indicate inclusion (if not 1 the contact will be imported).
