====title====
xAdded the ability to report on user access expiration, enabling easy identification of users scheduled to lose system access automatically. Access expiration on users is often configured for compliance, security, or risk management purposes via the user roles and access settings page. To include this new data in a report, navigate to the report builder, select the "User" data set, and add the fields "Expiry Date" and "Will Expire".<!-- 138831 - Expiry Date Reporting --> ====title====Updated the Assignment Grid to eliminate a deprecated 3rd party library, resulting in alterations to the user interface of the assignment grid feature.147756 - Update assignment grid code after discontinuation of AngularJS   ====title====Level 0 custom fields, which were deprecated earlier, will now be completely hidden from all areas of the system.<!-- 148728 - Fully deprecate level 0 custom fields --> ====title====Added a change log to the P3 Script feature (The P3 script feature is used for the configuration of server-side JavaScript like functions). To do this, first retrieve the API Access Token and Token ID from the API User Token page. Then use the Token ID as the username and the Access Token as the password.<span style="color: #ff0000;">Add some info about creating an API access token and user. maybe direct to https://wiki.smartsimple.com/wiki/SmartConnect_-_RESTful_API#API_User_Access_Tokens and update screenshot</span><!-- 150174 - Is it possible to authenticate to the OData Feed any way besides basic username/password? --> ====title====Added ability to upload JSON profile models via the autoloader to populate information on the profile model tab of the user profile. To use this features, users can use the People loader as they always do, but now they must define the Node Name and the JSON data in separate columns. Instead of uploading individual JSON files, the profile data in JSON format should be added to a column in a CSV file. Users can open the CSV file, copy and paste the JSON data into the column, and save the file. When opening the CSV file in Notepad, double quotation marks ( "" ) should be correctly added. It is important not to escape these quotes inside the JSON data as this would make the JSON object/array invalid.<!-- 150247 - Add ability to upload JSON profile model via autoloader --> ====title====<span style="color: #ff0000;">add something about create an association field to store the flag and then set that field in the mapping, and then include set it to 1 or 0 (or empty, which is current behavior if no flagging field is mapped)</span><!-- 151038 - Filter Contact List Imported to ORCID --> ====title====Added the ability to automatically populate the subject field in notes when they are created using the autoloader. To utilize this new mapping option, set up an autoloader with the record type of Company, People, or choose a UTA and the desired level. Then, select "Notes" for the "Item", and navigate to the "File Layout" tab. Under "Column Mapping", choose the field type of "Note - Subject". Subject Line for Notes can be enabled at GLobal Settings > System tab. <!-- 151324 - Add subject Field to Autoloader --> ====title====Improved the Test 2 Production (T2P) tool by integrating a feature for filtering records based on modified date. This addition enables the tool to minimize the number of records it compares and retrieves, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing the runtime of the T2P process. Well not specifically related to the upgrade, reach out to support for the latest version of the T2P tool.<!-- 153819 - T2P performance improvements --> ====title====The Default OpenAI large language model (LLM) used in system has been transitioned from gpt-3.5-turbo-16k to gpt-4.
