Users can leverage this feature to facilitates interaction with AI at the record level in a conversational manner. Users have the option to use pre-made templates and prompt libraries to expedite common processes.
====SmartFolders====
Introducing SmartFolders 2.0, an enhanced file storage feature. The updated interface boasts a fresh design, uniform layouts, and optimized performance, aimed at delivering an enhanced user experience.
To access SmartFolders, navigate to Global Settings > Security Tab > System Features. Then, click on the menu icon > SmartFolders > and enable “Try the new SmartFolders”.
Here are some key points to note:
We've introduced a left navigation panel featuring two types of files:
"Files," previously known as "General," encompass physical files.
"System Files," formerly referred to as "Configuration Folders," consist of files for system reference, such as document templates or files intended for autoloader and export storage.
"Quarantined," previously labeled as "Virus infected files," now resides in the left navigation alongside "Expired Files".
Customize your file view with either the "Grid" or "List" layout.
Take bulk actions on selected files or utilize individual file actions accessible under the ellipses menu.
Adding files to folders is now quicker and more intuitive with drag-and-drop functionality.
