Users can be added or removed from a role individually by navigating to that User's profile, and then setting the [[Role|role]] by using the Settings, '''Roles & Access''' [[Menu|menu]]. You can also '''add''' or '''remove''' [[User|users]] in bulk from the '''Current Users''' section of the [[Role|Role]]'s '''edit''' page, using the '''Add User''' button. In this instance, you will set both users to the '''employee''' role.
