The final type of searching is skill searching. Using this technique requires that you have established a competency model and that applicants have completed a skill profile.
1. Click the '''Skills''' tab.

To use skill searching, first select the category, then the skill, and finally the measure (if the category is measured in more than one way).
2. Select '''Sales''' as the category.
3. Select '''Strategic Selling''' as the skill.
4. Select '''Excellence''' as the measure type.
One applicant is displayed.
If the “Search within result” check box is enabled the result will look as shown below.
