If you choose to create a signup page of this kind, the The information from the selected database such as Name, EIN number, Zip/Postal Code is used to populate the organization signup pagefields. Optionally, if If the desired organization cannot be found in the third-party 3rd database (example it was added recentlyafter the most recent update), you can provide a link to another signup page where that organization can could still register.
