A Sign-Up page is a web page created within the system and associated with a specific organizational entity. Sign-up pages are used to create a contact in that entity, and optionally provide log in access.
There are a number of signup options:
- Contact sign up - create a new person at the associated level in the organization hierarchy.
- Company sign up - create a new company at the associated level in the organization hierarchy.
- Creating a System Generated Organization and Contact signup page - Create a new company and Contact at the associated level in the organization hierarchy.
- Custom Combined Sign-Up Page - creates the company and contact off the same page.
- Converting Fields To Contacts - converting fields in an application into an actual contact using sign-up page feature.
