Sign-Up Pages

A Sign-Up page is a web page created within the system and associated with a specific organisational entity. Sign-up pages are used to create a contact in that entity, and optionally provide log in access.

There are a number of signup options:

• Contact sign up - create a new person at the associated level in the organisation hierarchy.

• Company sign up - create a new company at the associated level in the organisation hierarchy.

• Creating a System Generated Organization and Contact signup page - Create a new company and Contact at the associated level in the organisation hierarchy.

• Custom Combined Sign-Up Page - creates the company and contact off the same page.

• Converting Fields To Contacts - converting fields in an application into an actual contact using sign-up page feature.
