The Reader Log feature within the Universal Tracking Application is used to track any user that views a Level 1, 2 or 3 record, and how long they viewed the record.

  • This feature is required in regulated sectors such as Medical Case Management where the information is private and should not be viewed without a specific purpose.

1. Settings on edit application screen.

2. Manager permission on role and permission.

3. Read time history on Level 1,2 and 3 screen.

Go to: UTA > Configuration settings > Tracking Read Time

   * uses the server time (30 second increments).
   * view mode has its own history and edit mode has its own history.
   * history may be kept for 1 year. 

The Viewer Log feature can be enabled for UTA level 1, level 2 and Level 3 items.
