This article will explain why this feature is a benefit to your organization.

When building List Views it can be useful to control the color or boldface of specific columns. Changing the color and boldface of a List View column allows the creator to easily highlight important data. This feature adds the ability to modify both the color and boldface of List View columns through a simple settings option.
