Exchange History page tracks all incoming and outgoing exchanges including the exchange status of a Claim (Level 1 Entity) and/or Assessment(Level 2 Entity).
Exchange History tab location
Exchange History is available on:
- Level 1 Entity (also termed as “Case”, “Claim” or “Referral”).
The Exchange History tab on each individual Level 1 Entity shows the entire history of when that Claim including Assessments(if any) was exchanged.
- Level 2 Entity (also termed as “Services” or “Assessments”).
The Exchange History tab on each individual Level 2 Entity shows the entire history of when that specific Level 2 Entity was exchanged.
