Exchange History page tracks displays all incoming and outgoing exchanges including the exchange status of a Claim ([[Level 1 Entity]]) and/or Assessment([[Level 2 Entity]]).==Where can I see Exchange History tab location?==Exchange History tab is available on:
* [[Level 1 Entity]] (also termed as “Case”, “Claim” or “Referral”).
The Exchange History tab on each individual Level 1 Entity shows the entire history of when that Claim including Assessments(if any) was exchanged.

* [[Level 2 Entity]] (also termed as “Services” or “Assessments”).
The Exchange History tab on each individual [[Level 2 Entity|Tracking Activity]] (Level 2 Entity) is used to track Assessments conducted pursuant to Insurance claims. The details of a particular exchange of Assessment data between an Insurer and an Independent Medical Examiner are easily accessible through this Exchange History page.
