{{UnderConstruction}}A feature common to many databases is the ability to switch between [[View Mode]] and Edit Mode. Users can switch to Edit Mode by clicking on the Edit button at the top of [[UTA]] records and on contact and company [[profile]]s. The record then becomes editable and the Edit button toggles to become a View button, which switches the record back to [[View Mode]]. SmartSimple allows system administrators to set permissions for roles that can edit UTA records through the [[Security Matrix]].
