Disable Default Date

The Disable Default Date setting is found on the UTA settings page, in the Level 1 and Level 2 Settings sections.
- If this setting is selected, when a new record is created the Start Date and End Date standard fields will be blank.
- If this setting is not selected, when creating new records, the Start Date and End Date will be initially populated with the current date.
