When a new Level 2 is created, the user that created the record is automatically added to the Assigned standard field.

  • This takes place, even if the Level 2 Assigned standard field is not visible.

The Disable Default Assign setting will disable this behaviour.

This option can be set on the UTA Settings page in the Level 2 Settings section:

When Disable Default Assign is ticked the Assigned standard field will be blank when new Level 2 records are created.

Note: If using the Security Matrix you should consider the implications prior to changing this setting.
