Create an Activity from the Change Status Screen

Recruitment activities, such as phone calls and interviews, can be created at the same time as changing the applicants status on the job.

1. Click the Change Status button.

2. Change the status of the applicant and click Save.

3. Click the New Activity button.

4. Enter the appropriate subject, date, event type and status, and any reminder or follow-up.

5. Click Save.

The activity is now visible on the Activities tab on the assignment, on the Applicant Tracking Activities tab and on the user's calendar.
