Copying multiple records at one time is accomplished through the list view. The list view must have the Batch Copy button enabled for your role in order to access the feature.
# Open the list view configured to use Batch Copy(list view name will vary depending on your configuration).<br />[[File:BatchCopy-01.png|thumb|none|middle|700px|List view selection.]]
# Select the record(s) you wish to copy using the check boxes provided to the left of the record.<br />[[File:BatchCopy-02.png|thumb|none|middle|700px|Selection of record(s).]]
