An '''interface''' in computing is the shared boundary across which two or more separate components of a computer system can exchange information. The interface enables how a [[user]] can interact with [[SmartSimple]].
There are two types of interfaces available within [[SmartSimple]]:
* An [[Administration Interface|administrator’s interface]] for 'power users'
* A simplified icon- or text-driven [[portal]] interface
