In addition to the instance that your organisation uses for day to day work, all SmartSimple customers have access to a second, backup instance.
These backup instances of SmartSimple are updated nightly with all the current information from the main instance as it exists at about 3:00 a.m.
You can log into the backup instance with the same username and password as the production instance.
Please note that any changes to the data or the structure of the backup instance will be overwritten when the live data transfer takes place at 3:00 a.m. the following morning
When system upgrades are scheduled the backup server is updated 2 days earlier than your production server for testing purposes. See here for further information.
Finding Your Backup Instance
Depending on the location of your production instance, you can determine the location of your backup instance using the following table:
