When using the Data Exchange feature of the Universal Tracking Application you can configure all incoming packages to be automatically unpacked. This is enabled on the Settings page of the UTA within the Exchange Settings section:

You will also have to select a user account that will be used by the system to execute the package opening.

When packages are received they will automatically be unpacked and will immediately appear in the relevant UTA.

Important: when using the Automatic Unpack feature you should consider using an Unpack Workflow or Acknowledgement E-mail, configured on the Receiving from Settings page to notify the appropriate contact(s) when a package is received.
