When using the Data Exchange feature of the Universal Tracking Application you can configure all incoming packages to be automatically unpacked.

This is enabled on the Settings page of the UTA within the Exchange Settings section:

You must select a user account that will be used by the system to execute the package opening.

Once enabled any packages that are received will be automatically unpacked and will immediately appear in the relevant UTA.

If an Unpack Workflow is defined it will be triggered when the package is unpacked by the system.

Unpack Workflows can be defined on the Receiving From settings of the Data Exchange

Important: when using the Automatic Unpack feature you should consider using an Unpack Workflow or Acknowledgement E-mail, configured on the Receiving from Settings page to notify the appropriate contact(s) when a package is received.
