If the selected Record type is Company or Contact then the user is required to populate an additional Item field. The Upload type possible options here can be companyinclude Company or Contact, contact, or Event and Transctions. If the selected Record type is a [[Universal Tracking ApplicationUTA]] {{l1}} or {{l2}} datathen the user is required to populate an additional Level field. The possible options here can include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Transctions.
