Although Transactions are normally only attached to contact records, they can be enabled within a UTA to allow them to be associated with {{l1}} entities.

This feature is generally only used when a person’s activity, such as a certification or a degree, needs to be attributed back to a grant.
 
 
 
This can be enabled as follows:
 
* On the [[UTA Settings Page]], click on the [[UTA Settings - General|General]] tab.
 
* In the Application Settings section, select '''Enable Transactions - Add UTA transactions and attribute personal and organisation transactions'''

* A new tab, "Transactions," will appear. Switch to the [[UTA Settings - Transaction|Transactions tab]] and select the transaction types you wish to enable for this UTA
 
 
 
When viewing a {{l1}} record a section will now appear with a Tab for each of the Transaction types you have enabled.
