Attach a Workflow to Company/user Registration Page

This article will explain how you can implement this feature for use on your SmartSimple system.

Overview

• These Workflows will override other new and modified status-based Workflows.
• This feature enables a Workflow to be triggered off of a Company/User registration page.

Navigate to the feature

1. Under the Configuration menu, click on Global Settings
2. Under the Organizations & Users tab, click on the Signup Pages option
3. Select the Signup Page you want to have the Workflow triggered from
4. In General Settings locate the Attach Workflow drop-down menu
5. From the drop-down options choose the Workflow you wish triggered from the sign up page activity
6. Click Save

Notes

• These Workflows will override other new and modified status-based Workflows.
• It is recommended that Workflows that are triggered from Sign Up pages be On-demand in nature.
