1. Access the '''Edit Roles''' window for the '''Role''' the Portal is to be created against.

Clicking Save in this tab will expose additional Arcadia options, including [[Arcadia_X_-_Building_a_Role_Based_Portal#Configuring_User_Menu_Items|User Menu]] and [[Arcadia_X_-_Building_a_Role_Based_Portal#Configuring_Main_Menu_Items|Main Menu]] sections. These can be configured as required following the steps in the sections below.
