You will manage a budget and re allocated funds. Your department will have an audit trail of adjustments.
Sub Fund Adjustment Amount
This is the Budget "original amount" plus the adjustment "re allocation amount" on the L2.

Sub Fund Balance
This is the Sub Fund "adjustment amount"-"scheduled"-"committed" on the L2.
