In order to add a job page link to an email broadcast you must have:

1. Click the Applications, Applicant Tracking menu.

2. Under Settings, click the Job Pages link.

The job pages are displayed.

3. Click the Edit link.

The job page details are displayed.

4. Select the URL.

5. Press Control + C to copy the link to the Clipboard.

You can now return to the email message and add this link.

Formatting Links

You can format links in your email broadcast to hide the long URL, and make the links more meaningful to the recipients.

1. Choose the Applications, Email Broadcast [Menu|menu]].

2. Click the Edit button on any email.

3. Find a Calendar, Web Form, Signup Page, or Job Page link.

4. Add the following parameters around the link:

[”insert Click Here]

5. Click the Save button.

6. Click the Preview button and your link will now display as “Click Here”.

You can now repeat this process for any link that you wish to mask using different text.
