A report can now be automated to export to a SmartFolder or an external SFTP site. You can now schedule a recurring task on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to automatically run a report and export the contents.
* '''Time of Export''' - will determine the time of the day when export will happen.
* '''Last Exported''' - datetime stamp
The filename format of the exported file is '''[filename]_[reportid]_[yyyMMdd].[ext]''' where the default filename is '''Book''' if no filename was configured. To change the filename, go to '''FILE EXPORT''' tab, add the filename under '''Export File Name'''.
