===New Feature: Recently-Viewed ObjectsCreating Multiple PDFs with a Single Workflow Task===*When enabled through [[Manager Permissions]], System Administrators can configure a new right-hand panel titled "[[Recently ViewedWorkflow]]" can be shown containing a list of task to create PDF files from multiple {{WPV}} See the most recently-viewed records. Users can then click on their most recently-viewed records to [[navigation|navigateCreating Multiple PDFs with a Single Workflow Task]] easily through the systempage for instructions.
*The Recently Viewed panel can be locked to always be shown on the right-hand side of the SmartSimple window, or, by default, will close when a recently-viewed record is selected.
