Adding Medical Documentation to the Referral

You associate any medical documentation that the insurance company has provided directly with the referral. Using this technique, the files are available on-line whenever the referral is being reviewed.

You can associate either a single file or multiple files with a single referral - depending on how the system is configured.

1. Locate the Files field.

The Lookup button is used to locate the file(s) from your local hard drive or network.

2. Click the Lookup button.
