Global System Upgrades

The new features listed below are enhancements to the SmartSimple system and will be immediately available to SmartSimple users upon the application of the upgrade to their server:

Added the Ability to Maximize and Restore the Size of Arcadia X Sections

• Users can expand the size of Arcadia X sections to take the full screen width and restore it back the original size.

Enhancements to Displaying Instructions in Custom Fields

• New logic has been added to offer admins the ability to hide the "Caption" field but detect and display any comments in the "Instructions" field when building applications, forms, and other pages.

Login Pages Enhanced To Support Multiple Languages

• Added is the ability to create and then direct users to language specific login pages.

On-Demand System Upgrades

The following features are also available immediately with the application of the upgrade, but must first be enabled or configured by a System Administrator:

Customizable Batch Update Options

• This feature adds the ability for System Admins to create customizable batch update buttons available to users based on their specific user role.

Associate Multiple Roles to a List View

• This feature allows multiple roles to a be added to a single list view.

Login Pages with Multiple Languages

• Users can be directed to a language specific login page based on the language parameter entered.

Level1 List Views to Include Parent and Child Fields

• Level1 List Views now references related Level1 organizations, persons, and owners.

'Show Total' Option Added to Report Builder Neo

• Users building reports using the Report Builder Neo can now easily show or hide column totals using the Report Builder.

Enhanced UTA Invoicing by Connecting Level 3 Items to Level 2's

• Enhanced UTA invoicing by allowing invoiced items from L3's connected to L2 via special event id's called "soft links".

Enhanced SSO (Single Sign-On) for Multiple Connections and Enforcing Mode

• This feature allows the enforcement of SSO on a per-role basis.

'Save' and 'Delete' Buttons Now Hidden On Tabs with Lists (like Associates) in Arcadia

• This update hides the “Save and Delete” buttons on tabs with lists like Associates and users when in edit mode. This applies to Arcadia layouts only.

Rename Allow Empty setting on Custom Fields

• The "Allow Empty" custom field has been renamed "Mandatory".
