Attach a Workflow to Company/user Registration Page

This article will explain how you can implement this feature for use on your SmartSimple system.

Overview

This feature enables a Workflow to be triggered off of a Company/User registration page.

Navigate to the feature

1. Under the Configuration menu, click on Global Settings
2. Under the Organizations & Users tab, click on the Signup Pages option
3. Select the Signup Page you want to have the Workflow triggered from
4. In General Settings locate the Attach Workflow drop-down menu
5. From the drop-down options choose the Workflow you wish triggered from the sign up page activity
6. Click Save

Notes

It is recommended that Workflows that are triggered from Sign Up pages be On-demand in nature.
