An external user license is associated with a single external user for the duration of their logged in session. The license is released and made available at the point when the session times out or the user logs out.
- Provides limited access features, including: no administration application management permissions, no ability to update hierarchy information outside their own company, and restricted editing and update functions in applications. Users with this license cannot have “ownership” of data.
