Web Page View - Enable Password Protection

Users can protect a PDF file with a password.

1. Go to the edit custom field screen.

2. Select password protected.

When a user emails the PDF file or saves to server, the system will prompt for a password.

Impact: Users can password protect a PDF file that they are sending by email or saving to the server.
