* Updated the behavior of the '''Annotation Mode''' permissions. Users with roles that have '''Edit Field''' permission will be able to edit the value of fields with existing annotations without needing '''View and Create''' permissions as long as the user has a role with '''View''' permission. This means existing permissions for annotations will no longer need to be modified as part of the July upgrade. Tooltips clarifying annotation permissions were also added.
