====Added Access to Record Notes on SmartCards====
Added ability to quickly view notes on records from within '''SmartCards'''. If a user navigates to '''SmartCards''' under the user menu'''User Menu''', there will now be a note icon in the right-hand corner of each record which allows users to view notes on that record in a modal window without having to open the record. Additionally, a new note can also be added in this modal window. To enable this feature, go to '''Global Settings''' > '''System''' tab > Toggle on '''Open record notes directly from SmartCards'''.
