====Updated Record Lock to Be Toggled On by Default====
Updated platform behavior to lock UTA records by default so two users cannot modify the same record at the same time and potentially overwrite each other’s changes. The record lock owners’ names will also be anonymized by default. This change will only apply to newly created systems where the record lock setting will no longer be an option.
