To enable scoring, navigate to a custom field of type '''Special - Question Set Builder''' and toggle on '''Enable Scoring'''. Go to a Level 1 record with this field and create a new question in the question set builder. There will now be two additional columns for '''Correct Answer''' and '''Score'''.
